Set Cataplana mit Adapter. Die GrillSymbol Cataplana ist eine Mischung von Cataplana und Wokpfanne. Die Wokpfanne mit dem gewölbten Boden und der Cataplana Deckel bilden eine Pfanne, die wie eine traditionelle Cataplana funktioniert. Die GrillSymbol Cataplanas haben keine Befestigungswinkel am Deckel und können so mit verschiedenem Gasbrenner verwendet werden. Das macht diese Pfannen multifunktional: die tiefe Stahlpfanne aus Edelstahl mit einem dicken Boden (3 mm) und leichten Aluminiumdeckel funktioniert wie eine Cataplana-Pfanne und ohne Deckel wie eine Wok-Pfanne. Optimaler Durchmesser des Gasbrenners ist 30 cm.
Aufgrund ihrer Konkavität können in der Pfanne viele unterschiedliche Gerichte aus mediterraner und japanischer Küche zubereitet werden. WS-545-CAT is set of a big and capacious GrillSymbol cataplana and an adapter. The pan is a hybrid of a cataplana and a wok pan. With a domed lid, it works just like a traditional cataplana. GrillSymbol cataplanas don’t come with a clamp on the lid, so the pan can be used for different purposes. Adapter makes also the wind protection higher. It can be installed on PRO-580 and PRO-580 inox models and a TW-580 gas cooker.
